Non-Quiz Game

How you make a non quiz game is that you play and answer things our game you have to play and answer while you are playing .Our game is a non quiz game for many reason. You just don't answer questions you can play and answer question but you interact with the game.A quiz game is like when you take a test you just answer questions and move on to the next level or question .

Globaloria

Globaloria so far has been ok but seence we have to make a mini game it is a complete watse of time when we could be getting our game togethere and starting on it. It has been 3 weeks and we have done nothing but mini game things and it is a waste of time and seence in a 8th grader I know more so what is the point of doning a mini game if we done it last year. There are some good thing in globaloria like we get to check out the new flash (cs5) its realy cool and all but it is going to be hard working in a new flash but I have figured out most of the things that the new flash has like the new tools and stuff. I hope we get to work on our game soon because I think what we are doing is a waste of time and we realy need to get started on our game because I made a game that like never got finshed and I would realy like to get this game done.

Single Story

1. What does it mean to have a 'single story' about a place or community?  It means when they find out were you are from and they only know one thing about that place and they think everyone is the same way.
2. Describe a single story you have heard told about your community.How could people learn more about that community? In my community is a buch of stupet ingornet hillbillys and WV in a trash pile.
3. Describe a single story you have heard about another community. How did you learn that story? How could you find out more about that community? There is this place in africa that there is no food and water.
4. How could a game let players experience many stories about a place or community?You could make it about the different place in that country or something.

  • What happens in the world that helps the player learn? It is different and will be like no other game out there

Playing to Learn

I'm most intrested in action genre because I like action games because it is a rush of fun and it is exciting and all. Action games are realy fun and I am a creative and can make a good game with action as the genre.

Back for the new year

Coming back for a second year. I think will be easy because I already know so much. This year will be a little easyer than last year because I didn't know anything about flash and these year we are on the topic of history. I'm realy good at historical things like 911 the war and things like that. So this year is going to be easyer than the last year when I didn't know anything. So let's hope everything gose the way I want it to.

Finaly Blog

This is my final blog for 7th grade year I am going to miss this year even though it was hard I will miss everything about this year but I might do this next year I'm not for shore though i might but I don't know yet good bye globaloria for now

Finished Game

My game is about a horse going through all kinds of levels to find the famers lost horse.The first level is a horse and human game it is sorta like pacman and you have to answer a pie graph question.The next level is just clicking on a graph and trying to get the right answer.Then in the next level you move and horse with the arrow keys.The main last level is finding the lost horse and bring it back to the farmer.

Internet Safety

Internet safety is impportant because if someone would find out your life and other things about you they could steal your identity . Internet safety is very important in many ways but some kids do not care about internet safety. Inetnet safety is very important if you won't to keep your life and live how every you won't so always be careful when useing the internet for saftey reasons.

My Game

My game is about horses and the farmer and what you do is you have 3 different levels the first level is something like pacman and you have to answer questions while you are being chased by the blue ghost and then in level 2 you have to go through the forest level were every turn is a mystery and then level 3 that is were you have to do what the farmer tells you to do and if you do it wrong you start all over again and that is how our game works.

Math is not cool

Math would be more intresting if it wasn't so bording. How we could change is play more math games. I have never plyed a math game that I have ever learned to play math ,but math is fun is it had cool math games to go and explore. Then we might enjoy math more if it was more fun.

Flash work and more

My flash work is I have got the level one all most completed. When i get my game fished you will be able to ply through 3 levels of the game while answering questions about graphing. I have been working very hard. I have accomplished a lot of t5hings in flash. Flash is very completed to work in. I never wanted to be in a flash work but now I real like it.

My game

My game has buttons on ever slide. My game has a lot of colorful side and a lot of talking. I am having some problems with the last two slides put I'm working on it. I would like to improve my last two key frames on my flash. Flash is awesome because you get to work in all these new gaming systems. It's really cool but hard.

Accomplished

I have accomplished nothing in flash because i have been stuck on two key frames. The two key frames  skipp and it is geting on my nevers i have done everything and it still dose it. I ask globloria help desk and they were no help so im stuck but my teacher is helping me .

Globaloria

I think we should have more fun in globaloria. All we do in here is boarding. And we fix are game we never do any thing funny it is very boarding. All we do is work I don't like to do work.

Game Demo Presentation

My game presentation was hard because I had to make up stuff as I went on. It was very hard when you have to make up things on the spot. I like when we had to talk to the person from New York. She helped use with making our game not a quiz type game. I didn't like when we had to talk in front of the hole class. It was kinda nerve recking to talk to the hole class and I like to talk but it is kinda hard to make up thing when the hole class is watching. But over all I liked it. My game presentation was hard in some spot and easy in a way some people could not understand. Me and my partner Amber we are a bit complex. I guess our game presentation went well.
